Good product, minor shipping delay

I ordered the PRO Faucet Filter 2.0 to see if it would help my sensitive skin, and it definitely has. My skin feels less dry after washing. Installation was straightforward. The only small issue was the shipping; it took about 7 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores. Overall, I'm happy with the filter itself and the effect on my skin.

My skin loves this filter!

I can't believe the difference the Shower Filter made for my hair and skin! I've been dealing with hard water for ages, and this filter tackled it. My hair feels so much softer, and my skin isn't itchy anymore after showering. Ordering was easy, and it arrived quickly. I'm telling everyone about this! I will absolutely shop here again, probably for the refill pack soon.

Consistent results, always reliable

This was my third order from Filterbaby, and just like the others, everything went smoothly. I got the Filterbaby Refill 6-Pack this time. Shipping was quick, arrived in 4 days. The filters work as expected, keeping my skin clear. It's why I keep coming back.

Detailed review of my first purchase

I purchased the Water+ Skincare Filter and a Filterbaby Refill 3-Pack. The ordering process on the website was simple and intuitive. I appreciated the clear product descriptions. Shipping took 6 days to get to my address in Texas, and tracking updates were consistent. Installation of the filter was surprisingly easy, even for someone not very handy; the instructions were clear and all necessary parts were included. I've been using it for about two weeks, and I've noticed a significant reduction in dryness and irritation on my face, which I previously attributed to tap water. The build quality of the filter housing feels robust. I also subscribed to the refill plan, which seems like a convenient way to manage replacements. Customer service wasn't needed, which is always a good sign.

Filters work great

Bought the Filterbaby Refill 12-Pack. They fit my faucet filter perfectly. Noticed a difference in my skin texture. Fast delivery. Good product.

Faucet adapter helped a lot

Got the PRO Faucet Filter 2.0 after seeing it online. My faucet was a bit weird, so I also grabbed the Faucet Adapter Kit, which was a good call. Made it fit perfectly. Shipping was pretty fast, got it in about 5 days. My skin feels less tight now. All in all, a good experience.
